Pros
Good Employee Benefits Decent Salary Strong Brand Well known company Cool offices
Cons
Red Bull likes to sell itself as a young, dynamic , innovative company that embraces change and individuality. Because they have such a strong consumer brand they seem to attract a lot of young and ambitious professionals. Once you start working there though, you quickly realize their superficial approach to managing their very own. While they look to sell this particular culture, they fail to back it up in practice. The main cause of this is that the leadership is growth averse when it comes to the individual, with archaic structures leading to employees outgrowing their positions. This is even more prevelant amongst young female professionals within the company. Combine this with a lack of feedback culture and Red Bull further compounds their biggest problem.
