Pros
Quick and agile environment, constructive conflict, very entrepreneurship based, great opportunities for visibility. Good career opportunities if you are willing to take that into your own hand and go for what you want. Bonuses are good.
Cons
Be prepared to drive something yourself with little support to get it done, spee and agility sometimes leads to frequent decision reversals, not for the faint of heart. Don't always hit max bonus (usually do hit or get close), higher base salary would be nice.
