      Pros

      First hand experience as a full fledged Avid Editor. Interesting projects and commercials to edit. The office is really nice and mostly quiet. the edit bay is stellar.

      Cons

      There isn't much of a post production team to fall back on. You are your own assistant, tech support, and hardware tech. The pay is not great when you are expected to do all of these jobs in one.
