      Nice work balance, people are friendly, no blame culture (supposedly)

      Cons

      Big shift to hiring tech contractors in India to save money, no permanent hires makes you worry when they will fire you to save money. CEO and some others have already left

      Low pay for freelancers, only offered me a full-time job when I gave notice
