Overall the company is just awesome The benefits it gives to its employees its just umcomparable Flex work, work from home, memo points, share purchase and many more
Cons
Though the company is super but because of handful of people who only want their village, religion and caste people to grow and sideline others, yes you heard it right; i did my best to keep my self positive and do the right thing and grow in my career but its just not happening; all the manager and team lead need is a beer bottle a farm house and lady to have fun ; if this not what you enjoy then sorry no promotion avg to very low hike and recognition
