Great people and team collaboration! Everyone has been so friendly and welcoming since I joined Ram. It's nice to work in an environment where everyone is respected and helpful to each other. The company also offers great benefits!

Ram consists of dedicated team of talented and intelligent individuals who know how to have fun together but put 'work hard' first. Ram facilitates learning and personal career growth by welcoming the free-flow of ideas and allowing individuals to take personal initiative. All members of senior management are very approachable (coming from the youngest employee in the company that should say a lot) but aren't afraid to push you to reach your greatest potential. There are plenty of events both during work hours and after close of business that allow employees to bond and have fun both in and out of the office. Ram has been a great place to kick-start my career right out of college with great compensation and awesome benefits.

Sometimes last minute deadlines pop up and/or you are asked to work extra hours at the very last minute, but this is almost always counteracted by being let off work a few hours early in days or weeks to come.
