Pros

I joined Rainbow Insurance three years ago and have enjoyed the consistency and structure of my role as an auto insurance agent in the Margate office. At 49, I appreciate a workplace that respects experience and provides the tools needed to succeed. The desk setup and three monitor computer make daily tasks smoother, and overall the company has an unlimited amount of leads the phone are always busy which more opportunity to earn.

Cons

Technology hiccups are probably the biggest drawback, from slow systems to brief outages. Fortunately, management takes these concerns seriously, and fixes are typically put in place quickly, making it a manageable and fairly minor issue overall.

Working remotely for Rainbow Insurance has been a great experience overall. The company truly invests in its agents, reimbursing them for essential work equipment, such as computers, monitors, headsets, and even necessary licenses. The support team is responsive, and the technology setup makes remote selling smooth. There's also strong earning potential, thanks to the high call volume and the structure of the commission system.

Cons

The workload can definitely get intense. There’s a constant flow of calls, which means you’re busy most of the day. While it can be exhausting at times, the flip side is that the volume gives you plenty of chances to close sales and increase your income.
