Company in decline - Software Engineer RadiSys Employee Review

1. Financials of the company aren't going good. It's dependent on parent company Jio for everything. If sometimes they decline funds, conditions here get dire. 2. Flat learning curve after a while. Repetitive tasks ahead. 3. Too much politics at lower level as well. 4. Lots of stakeholders involved in every task, each giving own requirements without any coordination. 5. No hike in 2 years. Everytime the appraisal period comes, they say company not performing good. Just after appraisal season they start hiring aggressively and portray that the company is growing leaps and bounds.
