Pros
Very keen to employ people who enjoy their out-of-hours as much as their working hours. Always pushing staff to skill-up in their relative expertise, with CPD sessions positively encouraged rather than discouraged. Clear career progression mapped out with competitive salaries.
Cons
Company (in Planning & Development) appears to lack 'nimbleness' due to it's large size. Is finding it difficult to hold on to; and pick up new clients in a very competitive market. Needs to rethink it's method of attracting new clients.
