Pros

You'll meet decent people but that doesn't compensate for what this business pretends to be.

Cons

Just be wary of reviews here, the company is an MLM pyramid structure and the 5 star reviews are peppered with higher up employees creating a conflict of interest in review standards. The company implys a high energy positive atmosphere to try and get employee's to stay focused on "potential" growth opportunities. Each day you'll be given the impression you're working on marketing skills but it's nothing beyond a lower tier sales position. Employee's are sent into local Walmart and Bestbuy locations as third party sales reps to attempt to source new customers for Comcast in a aggressive sales tactic manner. The position is pure commission with no base pay which is falsely discussed during interviews for the position. You are expected to use personal vehicles to commute to said Walmart and Bestbuy locations with no compensation for travel and are encouraged to take only 15min for lunch breaks as anything longer could lead to "missed opportunities" to aquire more sales while in the field.
