Pros
I've been with QuickMedical for a few years and work my tail off, they notice and treat me well. If you work hard you will be rewarded well, if you just show up and do the bare minimum you won't be able to hide. I have more fun working here than I have at any other business, they encourage us to take time for laughter and socialization. As others have said, management has a high expectation of our efforts, and they notice employee's that come in late and leave early, or spend more time complaining about trivial things than actually working. They've made some major changes in the last 3 or 4 months to kindof "clean house" of the employees that were just plain negative people that drug us all down. They reorganized a few departments and have improved life for most of us here, and I can see the change in the faces around me. Its been a great place for someone with major ambition, like myself. If you just want to show up for 8 hours and do the minimum this is not the place for you. Great benefits and decent pay for the area are a nice plus as well.
Cons
A large portion of sales come from government contracts, and they are very slow to pay. Commissions are not paid until the company gets paid for the order, so sometimes you don't get your commission for months after your sale because the government takes so long to pay its invoices.
