None to speak of whatsoever

Cons

I was laid off from this company after less than 3 months of working here. This was one of several waves of layoffs. The company had more honest ratings on Glassdoor previously which somehow appear to have been reset, which is pretty ironic for company whose core product is feedback and listening.

Pros

Smart and knowledgeable people in many positions, unfortunately working uphill. If you can succeed at Questback, you can succeed anywhere in SaaS. This is almost like selling sand to Sahara.

Cons

A company that somehow managed to destroy the solid foundation it once had. A company whose greed back in the days, led to what looked like it’s downfall, brought in a new CEO with a clear mission, to make the company rise like a phoenix. For a while, things looked promising, I’m not gonna lie. But the focus was completely misplaced. Decisions were made that resulted in a constant and massive loss of customers, leading to layoffs. And I mean MASSIVE. The platform is built on an outdated codebase so they now have two options: Either they rebuild the code from the ground up to catch up with their competitors, or they keep covering up the cracks and focus on outrageous price increases for existing customers. They did the later. Layoffs and staff departures became inevitable. The focus shifted to micromanagement. Questback is no longer the future everyone once thought it was. They’ve been overtaken by competitors (even the smallest ones) and are still one of the most expensive option on the market.
