The pay and morale needs a lot of work. A clock in and clock out type of job because there's not much you can really do due to workload. The upper management changes their mind and has very long processes to get anything done.
There's expectation of strict attendance but certain people can just show up much later whenever they feel like it. Really a big double standard and hypocritical.
A lot of things have changed since I started worked here and I understand there is turnover, but pretty alarming to see many different faces while losing a lot of staff to other jobs.
