Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

Untrained production people. People have been in production for 15 years and still can not set up and operate the equipment. Problems of others is not held in confidence. Women better than men. The only way someone is believed they got hurt on the job and get compensated for an injury is if they go and give the doctor bill, telling bosses does not work, everything has to be in writing. Someone hurt their back and was told me to move a dozen electric motors, weighing 75 lbs each, from under a shelf and put them in order. OSHA federal laws are broken The oxygen level goes below 19 percent and anything below 19.5 percent is illegal. Some people are treated better than others and they can not do the job.

Pros

Pay was alright. Got paid weekly which was nice. There are some great people here, but not in positons that really matter.

Cons

This list is in no particular order and occured over a long time. Small group. Old fashioned. Outdated. Management has "favorite" employees. People aren't terribly friendly or helpful with a couple minor exceptions. No clear direction or clear responsibilities communicated by management. If you are born after 1980 I could never in good faith recommend that you work here. Negotiations after receiving an offer were surprisingly confrontational. They go months and months without allowing the newer employees their own access to the building. I noticed firings right before the holidays, at times without warning.
