Is this your company?

Pros

Hiring process is quick. They will make sure you are paid on time and will always pay you for work completed. There are yearly bonuses but they only match inflation (~2%). Not a bad place to start a career.

Cons

Company is very much defined by an in- and out-group. Turn-over rates are high, this company suffers from a phenomenon of “the good people are mobile and can leave but the bad people aren’t and they remain”. Quick to criticize but rarely if ever give praise. Morale is quite low (if in out-group) or pretty good (if on the inside). Long story short, if you’re a family member/relative/friend of the owners, you will be treated well, if not, you’re chopped liver.

Pros

Easy money if you know what you doing. Great clients. Few good employees.

Cons

Clients needs need to be handled better. Employees who do not help/work or even sleep on the job. Supervisor tries to be your friend more than a boss. Employees so not work as a team.
