The company is circling the drain quickly. Poor communication at the top levels, poor product positioning for the market and the executive team leads by fear. 3 Layoffs in less than 2 years, and 2 big ones in 2024, but they try and hide it from incoming employees. You might think you can come in to impact change and try to help turn the company around, but you would be wrong. The executive team likes the way things are and while they may scream about change, they do nothing to influence it, but everything to block it. HR is effectively useless and just does whatever they are told. Beware.
