Pros
You meet nice people and you do learn a lot about processing property damage insurance claims.
Cons
The favoritism, management is very racist and have unfair work ethics. I would also like to comment on a previous review and say there are Managers and Directors that have African Voodoo dolls pinned to their wall, and the cubicals are not even 50 feet away which makes them easily seen. Also, the HR Department is terrible, they also have their relatives in roles they are not qualified for, look at some of the responses they put on this Website.....combative and very unprofessional.
