Wonderful therapists, director is amazing, most kids are eager and willing to work, flexible scheduling, everyone is so kind, love it

Due to working with many different patients with many different schedules and scheduling conflicts, there are times when there are last minute cancellations

The best reason to work at this facility is the other therapists, they are absolutely incredible people to work with. The company offers decent benefits with very good PTO and competitive pay. It is a great place to learn a lot due to the complex caseload.

The productivity expectation is 85%, which is doable most days except it does not allow for collaboration with therapy team members for better patient care. There is a very high turn over rate for therapists at this facility with 1-2 years being the maximum length of time most therapists stay. No paid holidays unless you use your PTO. There is very little room for career growth.
