      Pros

      The company has good benefits, and HR works with people. That has health issues, or personal issues. They do direct training, and allow employees travel to other locations, to train as well.

      Cons

      The Company as a whole, needs to get better with communication on a corporate level. Because a lot of times, upper management tends to ask the same questions, that was already clarified.

Additionally, I know the HR Team is heavily invested in our workforce and I'm glad their support rings through. Our company training program is a pillar of keeping our workforce in sync and enabled to carry out the mission. Regarding cons, we are always working to improve communication at all levels and we're never as good as we aspire to be...we won't stop trying to improve.       I just hit 3 years, and I can say there is a strong culture built around safety and doing things the right way. It’s not just talked about — it’s expected and supported. Leadership is accessible, and if you’re willing to step up, there are real opportunities to grow and make an impact. The company continues to invest in processes, training, and improvements across locations.

      Cons

      Like any growing company, processes and communication continue to evolve as the business expands. With growth comes change, but overall, it creates opportunities for improvement and innovation.
