      Pros

      Great staff, amazing when you get to speak to them. Mainly your just working with clients and getting very little support.

      Cons

      - Very little support - Poor rates - No mobility - They asked their staff to source their own PPE during the beginning days of the pandemic. - Did not provide increased pandemic wages.

      Clients have been the highlight of the job

      Pay rate is shocking low and I honestly have not seen any agent has paid their staff that low (plus the travelling distance to different locations between shifts)

      None run by two directors who live in Bali and don’t care about the community

      Cons

      Terrible pay, directors yell at staff, management turnover, directors are ripping ndis participants off to profit and line their pockets.
