Not a fan of corporate jobs but this place is way better than I thought: Amazing view Fun people to work with Satisfying work ... Blockchain... need I say more?

Busy environment (if you dont like that kind of thing)

Office provided lunch daily and a massage therapist used to come in weekly so you could get a discounted massage during the work day.

The CEO treats people as if they are beneath him. Nothing you say or do is ever correct or good enough if it contradicts how he would have handled something. He screams and yells a lot around the office and talks negatively about staff behind their backs to other employees. We were not allowed to have our own opinion. The CEO creates a very hostile work environment which you can feel just walking into the office. The rest of the executive team are timid and voiceless around him. Uncomfortable place to be and this was a sentiment shared by a large number of employees but they depend on the income so they put up with it. No benefit package.
