The pay is awful. Multiple people have worked for acosta (who owns premium, they merged and are now premium workers) that get just barely above minimum wage, after working for the company for over 10 years.
They treat their workers like garbage.
Insurance is EXPENSIVE.
You have to drive your own personal vehicle, and get paid pennies on the mile.
Just don't do it. Its not worth it.
They fired all of the good managers when acosta and premium merged. They only kept the Managers that they knew they could mold into what they wanted.
Over worked, under paid. But dont forgot, they are in complete control over your paid time off/earned time off. Hopefully you dont have any trips in the winter because they only want you to take time off in the summer.
And dont forget, you're a 40 hour a week employee, but they will only give you enough work to schedule 10 hours a week. Or the opposite, give you 85 hours of work a week, but you aren't allowed to work over time so figure that out on your own cause its not their problem.
