They offered me the job in writing without telling me the first week had acompleteky different schedule. After spending hundreds of dollars of equipment, and going to Orientation for days, they told me the job was already filled.

They want you to start immediately because they "need you" and appreciate hard workers

Once you start you become just another number. They really dont care about you.
