      Pros

      You're involved in the entire life cycle of each project and it's a good place for learning as a junior BA/Developer. Most of the team members; development or business team-wise, work collaboratively and can get along. You have a great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Not much opportunity to grow in the company The system that is getting used is very old-school. The pay rate is very low. Management don't listen and act as much as they should.

      Office outside of the Toronto downtown core - employees need to drive to the office with not many transit options to get there.
