Pros
The only thing good about this job is you get to work from home
Cons
This job pays you when they want, and the money doesn’t make sense. The checks don’t make sense, no coaching, and they don’t follow underwriting guidelines. There honestly should be a review into their book of business since they are encouraging their agents to write policies with out listing dogs in the underwriting process. Especially aggressive breeds are what they encourage us to give them, and the lowest coverage with the highest deductible. Bobby FaZio is a lose cannon and all the employees act they they scared of Bobby. Matthew Featherstone is a know it all don’t think he should be training new employees they both come off condescending. You can’t have 1 month where you didn’t do better than the last. Aug 1st was my first official month and I crushed their expected sales. I did better than agents that were there before me, and the next month wasn’t so hot for sales, so they fired me with warning, coaching, or verbal warning. Just FIRED on top of that they still owe me money
