Pros

Can't see any pros since planet bought datatrans. - They make decisions by commitee which reduce overall quality and speed - They overcomplicate processes with no clear owner of the output - They make decisions in silo without involving the right people - They assume that knowledge is power, building hirarchies and political envoirments - They put their personal achievments before that of the overall team

Cons

a lot of cons - they put the overall interest of Planet ahead ofvthat of our region/team - no solution focused mindset when working together - they don‘t share goals across teams and functions, it will all be hidden and implicit in the ground - no compromise and don‘t look for a pragmatic solutions - they don‘t involve the right people to make the right decisions, supervisor neither knows the processes nor has a clue about IT
