- Fast paced : Great environment to learn and shape career - amazing work colleagues - multicultural environment with diversity and inclusion
Cons
- bad experience of a very badly managed team leader who has limited managerial skills - Even though Planet as a whole is an amazing work environment, it is really key to have a good manager to be able to achieve goals. There was very minimal interest shown from the management when complaints were made about team leader which shows lack of interest in employee well being - Pay scale is undermined for the work load
