      I was misled by this company. I was hired for a marketing position when there was little to no marketing done at all. THIS IS A CANVASSING POSITION. They pay is $30 a day but your pay does include commission and that's IF you make a sale. So if you are put in a low traffic area tough luck. They don't tell you what you're really going to be doing until they are sending you out. They also don't pay for gas or parking and you are sometimes expected to go 45 mins out from the office or pay $17 downtown to pay for parking.

      Pros

      Work to achieve individual goals while still working in a team setting. Hours are set but are flexible and can be cut short based on performance.

      Cons

      Role is challenging and I had to get out of my comfort zone quick but once I did I was able to get the hang of everything.

      None. Sketchy company that glorifies burnout.

      Cons

      So many red flags. No direct salary or pay mentioned at any point of the interview process. You will stand outside of shopping centers "marketing" to people to sign up for monthly "donations" to companies. STAY AWAY.
