Pros
If you can't get a job somewhere else and desperately need a paycheck, this is a decent Band-Aid.
Cons
There is not one thing...not one...that they enforce or uphold in the employee manual or standards. I uprooted my family to relocate for a company promotion and ended up in such a horrific situation it made me sick. I notified executive leadership of violations by a VP and his lying about even having a degree, while expecting me to continue his illegal actions in the department. For my trouble, I was demoted and stuck in a corner. So I left, at which point they presented me with a bill for my relocation (which was very cheap by relo standards) and then held my final paycheck. So I lawyered up, filed with the EEOC, and have a massive amount of documentation ready to go. They had several chances to make it right and instead I was told "don't take him on, he's the 'favorite' and you won't win." Last year, when I said there were opportunities for women (see review)? I was completely WRONG.
