Pros
-Get to learn new products and also be part of a brilliant team of people. -Great products and love the solution solving aspect of the job both internally and for the client -Good pay for those who chose to work and put in the hours,rather than gripe. -Enjoy the work-life balance
Cons
Internal communication sometimes breaks down, but I don't know of any large organisation that doesn't have the same challenges.
