Pros

I had a very good manager when I first started with the company who always encouraged employees to attain their best.

Cons

They went from a busy floor with many clients and employees. However, that changed slowly the quality of the employees went down. They went from about 289 employees to about 25. Clients became less as did the quality and methods of collecting

Pros

The facility was clean and well maintained. Staff- both coworkers and supervisors- were pleasant and professional. One trainer in particular, Mr. Brady, was superb. The training materials were excellent and well organized. We learned a ton of material in a very short time.

Cons

The whole thing seemed very poorly organized. On the one hand there was constant talk about rules and consequences. The blinds on the exterior windows stay shut 99% of the time as if it were a CIA operation or a meth lab. A substantial amount of time was spent just sitting and waiting for something to begin. It's not surprising that over half of our group quit before the training process was complete. For a company that's been in business as long as they have, it's shocking how few names you see on their board for having completed one full year with the company.
