There used to be some highly talented, creative and friendly staff. A few remain for now at least.
Cons
This once family oriented, staff focused friendly company has been on a steady decline for a number of years. Problems started with the over zealous ambition of the previous CEO who tried to grow the company too big too fast resulting in a mix of companies all working separately with different working practices and inability to collaborate, albeit under the same name. The problems have been confounded with the current board who with a couple of exceptions have no engineering experience. They have introduced unachievable targets, alienated clients and suppliers. A number of office closures and redundancies within the group has resulted in a general feeling of unease within the remaining offices.
