Bonuses were nice until management redid comp plan.
Health plans were decent.
Cons
Upper leadership has no respect for frontline employees that bring in revenue for the company. Limited career progression for UWs. Expect a change in job title with no real raise. Underwriters, responsible for quoting and binding business the company brings in are looked down on by management. Account Managers with much less of a technical role are paid and bonused more than UWs.
Don’t trust anything leadership says, as they will go back on their word and weasel out of keeping their side of the agreement.
