      If you are looking for a job, know a language and have low standards and nerves of steel.

      Cons

      Unless your other option is to be homeless, please PASS! From lower up all the way to top management they have a whip. Srsly it's included in their starter packs. (FYI you do not get a starter pack at all) Terrible

      -Learn a new career -Pays the bills

      Cons

      A PR tragedy. -Although legal, it is unethical as it is immoral to neglect a hard earned bonus to employees just because they left or got terminated prior to the payment. -Pressure in endless. Expect to work long hours and no recognition to do so. -Poor management-Managers have little to no experience in KYC and don’t really do anything. Instructions are given for the analysts to lie to the client about their progress to keep managers looking good. -People are here only for a paycheck. Don’t expect a meaningful job.

      higher salary and mac equipment

      Cons

      Lies to clients about processes and cases. Will cheat the systems just to get cases pushed. Make you work overtime and not pay even though promised.
