Very nice people, decent compensation and benefits. Good canteen. Impressive manufacturing organisation. Recently started providing free tea and coffee for employees, you still need to bring in your own cup and tea spoon however.

Lazy and unfocussed approach to product development, the few processes in place are terribly written and about 20 years out of date, Designs are full of issues requiring constant product support from the engineering team. Projects are poorly managed from top to bottom. There is a small number of good engineers who have been there forever but have given up trying to convince the management to make significant changes. More recently hired engineers are constantly suggesting ways to apply modern techniques and technologies to improve the glaring issues but are also ignored, I was (apparently) hired partially for this experience but was given no meaningful way to apply it.
