Pros
There are some good people. They are trying to do a good job. There are lots of customer service jobs.
Cons
the parent company Ministry Brands seems to be more focused on profits than customers. Layoffs have gutted the staff. They feel like there will be more layoffs, or the office will be closed and the jobs go down south.
