Pros
I would like to raise a serious concern regarding the company’s cab service. The cab schedule changes frequently without any prior notice. For example, at 6 AM the scheduled cab time showed 8:20 AM, but suddenly it got updated to 8:00 AM, and even the cab details were changed. If the vendor is not able to maintain a consistent and reliable roster that helps employees plan their commute, then the purpose of this cab service is lost. We already deal with significant work pressure and deserve proper rest — these sudden changes only add unnecessary stress.
Cons
There are lots of cons: 1. Lack of knowledge in leadership 2. Undeliverable commitment of customers 3. Every team and team members are gives them 100% extra so don’t say anymore 1% extra 4. Cabs service used as frustration service 5. If you deserve promotion definitely you didn’t get it There many but will have to take care about glass doors policies as well.
