Best Job I Ever Had - Office Support Associate Palm Beach Software Design Employee Review

Mark and James care very much about their employees inside and outside the office. They are some of the most selfless, generous people I've ever known. This job came to me at a time when I really needed it, and I just needed someone to take me under their wings. These guys have become like family to me and I couldn't be more grateful. I have a 3 year old and when she's sick, I can stay home. If there is an emergency at school or I have to leave early for a Dr's appointment - no questions asked, family first. The other reviews here that state "non family oriented" are just out and out lies. Every birthday and every work anniversary is treated with a big company lunch on top of Christmas bonus's and raises, praise for a job well done, etc. I could go on and on about all the things this company has done for me. Up to and including giving me an opportunity to learn and grow as a woman in this company and as a person in general. Thank you so much for all that you do Mark and James!

Small group, sometimes things get stressful when it comes to delivery dates for projects.

-Free Snacks. -Friendly co-workers (except management). -It's actually hard to say anything nice about this company. -I quit within 2 weeks of working here due to disorganization.

-Both leaders tend to argue frequently (high school arguments, name calling etc). -No set structure. -Pay is not up to industry standards. -Mark and James both claim this is a "Family Oriented" business, but realistically it is "Money Oriented". -Be prepared to be bombarded with "write a Glassdoor review for us" or "like us on Facebook". -Don't call out with family matters because "it's not their problem" but of course, their family matters become yours (such as: a kid going to college). -Due to the ridiculous comment claiming I was "terminated" I decided to re-write my review. -I still have the email I used to quit, I can re-send it to refresh your memory if you'd like. -Calling out due to "Family matters" is legit reasoning but you wouldn't know that, considering you have no respect for others, their situations or their families.
