Where do I even begin? Owner/founder of the company constantly put me down, cursed me and would make fun of me in front of other employees. She would try to give my work out to other employees. She would question whether I was actually working or not, when in reality I was but she didn’t have a clue what I was doing (social media management). Office meetings were absolutely brutal: the founder of the company would yell at employees and basically make everyone uncomfortable. Trying to get new business was ridiculous and organized; the founder and her right hand woman would basically be putting together a presentation by themselves at the last minute, when really they need like most of the office to help. Honestly, I could say a whole lot more. Save yourself the emotional trama and work somewhere else, even if this means working a minimum wage job at McDonalds.
