We are a little surprised and confused with your comments since the company has progressed massively in the last 17 months. During this time, we have provided our company with strong leadership with the appointment of our CEO Matt Tormollen and Head of Product Colin Gault, who have made significant positive impacts.
We are proud to share that we currently have an 82% engagement score and an eNPS score of 44 from our people. We measure this on a quarterly basis and keep all our people updated on the comments and feedback.
Regarding your comment about our products, we appreciate your honesty. You mention the broker product, this is only available in the UK and has been for some time and is continuing to gain traction in the marketplace. We do strive to continuously improve our offerings and value feedback from both our employees and customers. We encourage you to share specific suggestions or concerns regarding our products, as this insight can help us in iterating and delivering the best possible solutions.
We acknowledge your frustration about marketing features that were not ultimately released. We understand that this can be frustrating and apologize for any confusion it may have caused. We are committed to enhancing our communication channels to ensure that employees are informed about product developments and updates in a timely manner.
