They are all very friendly and accommodating

Did not give me enough to do sometimes

I found the environment to be pleasant and laid-back, we were trusted to complete our work, never micromanaged They say they value diversity and they actually do have a lot of diversity amongst employees Working here can be a good way to get a foot in the door in tech

there's not really a set path for growth, opportunities can come up but they are infrequent/random, however they were transparent about this upfront when I interviewed pay is below market rate
