Competitive salary overshadowed by poor management and pressure - Mortgage Loan Processor PENFED Credit Union Employee Review

Upper management put a lot of pressure to make goals. Manager is terrible , lack of communication, trying to write up for not meeting goals that are just inflated expectations. Do not know how to lead , just want to boss team around.I do not recommend this place . There is no Opportunity to move around as they do not like to hire within . Company promotes employees that do not deserve it.Top performance doesn’t matter.
