Pros

Good people, very knowledgeable. Interesting and unique projects. Everyone on the team is committed to success. You will learn a lot.

Cons

Let's start at the top. The owner doesn't run the show, nor does he discuss any short or long term strategy. He is ready to retire. The COO has no track record of success in the industry and is a poor manager. She micromanages everything, provides little direction and tries to one-up subordinates. She is just rude and has a chip on her shoulder. They have good sales people, estimators, engineers, etc... When the going gets tough, it's a blame game due to the poor culture and inability of management to clearly define the goal and communicate effectively.

Pros

Working with the people in the office was a pleasure. Everyone is human and down to earth. The display industry is very competitive and every project is unique which keeps life interesting. The company has a decent benefits plan and provides a steady check, for the short amount of time employed.

Cons

Like the title says, it's a revolving door. I was 'let go' exactly 5 months from my hiring. Working in the engineering dept was a good nightmare. There was no one in the office to answer questions that needed an answer to so clearly work can not get done. Being that it was an engineering office, there were plenty of technical details that needed answering and those questions were just left in limbo. Their policy for such people is to kick them out the door at the 5-month mark. One of the worst parts about the whole experience is I was asked to leave my previous job early instead of providing a full 2 weeks which I wanted to do because my previous employer was a gentleman and a professional.
