You have to beg for a raise, beg for proper tools, beg for helpers. The Office side is even worse. 30 people in an office nobody does anything. Theu act they theyre the reason the business is operating. PMs are flooded with 20-30 jobs so good luck gwtting answers. Owners are act like they're involved but only care about the money. They are complete lairs about everything, they hire more useless helpers then actual skilled electricians and have them in charge of jobs.
