      Lots of free time (might depend on ur project, manager etc.) lots of employees so more friends, brand image, organised hierarchy

      Cons

      mindless work, no sense of engineering, jack of all trades and not time to even spend on a particular thing, half knowledged managers who always wanted impress higher level management
