OneTrust Response
6yOneTrust takes the health and safety of its employees very seriously.
We responded to this crisis quickly and established an internal COVID Task Team to closely monitor the ongoing developments of COVID-19 (coronavirus), take the necessary precautions for the safety of our team members around the world and to educate our employees on the status of the disease, tips for prevention, work travel implications, changes to our travel policy and more.
In addition to the guidance provided to our global team, we always encourage employees to raise any concerns and work 1:1 with each employees who requests additional flexibility or support.
On March 16th, we implemented a temporary telework arrangement for our office in Melbourne, Australia and within days implemented across all of our global offices. At this time, every OneTrust employee has the option to work remotely.
In order to make sure our team has options available to them, we continue to do everything we can to maintain a safe work environment for those who prefer to work from the office. In addition to the preventive measures already in place, we scheduled on-going specialized cleaning services with a company whose staff is specifically trained in Pandemic Cleaning.
We also challenged ourselves to go beyond simply offering a telework option and focused on how we can best support our employees, retain our culture and maintain a strong sense of connectedness while our employees are working remotely. Within two days we put the right IT plan in place (even approving employees to take additional IT assets like monitors home with them), rolled out training on best practices and shared our company strategy in a global all hands.
We will continue to put our people first and do everything we can to help each person navigate and succeed in these unprecedented times.
