The leadership is pathetic, My mental health deteriorated significantly after working here. They assign you tasks without knowing what they want as a result, hence anything you do is not good enough. Immature colleagues, and expect a warning for the silliest things. Maangers take all the credit for your work and there is no appreciation for over-delivering. Make a small mistake, they will waste no time in shaming you in front of the whole company.
