The work environment is chill and doesn't give you a headache to complete your tasks. Everyone is friendly and supportive. There is no hierarchy, and there is also little to no TDS deduction from salary.
Cons
Working hours are too strict and redundant. Will slowly get you lazy due to no enforcement on completing tasks before time
