Awesome company in regards to respecting employees efforts. It was great to go from a company that did not compensate for quick, effective, and profitable work.

Industry is extremely difficult to get an edge in and is rapidly switching to a direct with underwriter standard. High reward models from ISO's will not be along much longer.

Made a lot of money very quickly. Worked with a great group of coworkers. Great for anyone who is aggressive and enjoys sales environments.

While working here, my boss very seldom adhered to the needs of the employees. Much of his management style was fear based and there was also a good deal of favoritism in the office.
