      - The company is very dynamic - The product is original and well-liked by clients - The team was very diverse - The company facilitated remote work - Work hours were very flexible

      Cons

      - As customary in startups, leadership was ever-changing, volatile and at times unreliable. - The senior team refused to work with calendars which made it impossible to do any sort of strategic and long term planning.

      Pros

      The work culture promotes dedication to work and commitment to finding the best solution. Many people put their all into ensuring they do a good job. Most of the coworkers are friendly and fine to work with.

      Cons

      I found the communication to be spotty at best. Information gets passed through silos to get to me sometimes even though the person at the top could have talked to me directly. I also felt like my contributions were often dismissed without any acknowledgement on if they were helpful or if they were not.
